Brownies
- 1 box strawberry cake mix with pudding in the mix (e.g., Pillsbury)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil (80 ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
Strawberry Brownie Frosting
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (90 g)
- 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves (40 g, preferably Bonne Maman)
- 1 ½ tablespoons milk (22 ml)
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (15 g, optional)
- Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or line it with foil or parchment paper for easier removal.
