- Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – 1 package (16 oz)
Toppings
- Graham Cracker Crumbs, crushed – 1/2 cup
- Hershey Bars – 2 bars, broken into squares
- Marshmallows – 10 large, cut in halves
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the cookie cups.
- Prepare muffin tin: Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking, then press the chocolate chip cookie dough firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup to form a base.
- Bake cookie base: Bake the cookie dough cups for 8 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and gently press down the center of each cookie cup using a shot glass or spoon to create a small well.
- Add graham cracker and marshmallow topping: Scoop crushed graham cracker crumbs into the indentation of each cookie cup, then place one half of a marshmallow on top of the crumbs.
- Finish baking and add chocolate: Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the marshmallows to soften. Remove from oven and immediately press a square of Hershey chocolate bar into each cookie cup so it melts slightly from the residual heat.
