  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and slice the peaches, wash the blueberries, and peel and slice the kiwis. Place all the prepared fruit pieces into a large mixing bowl carefully.
  2. Make dressing: In a small bowl, combine the honey and freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved and the dressing is smooth.
  3. Toss fruits with dressing: Pour the honey lime dressing evenly over the mixed fruit. Gently toss the fruit using a large spoon or salad tongs, ensuring all pieces are lightly coated without squashing the delicate fruits.
  4. Serve: Transfer the dressed fruit salad into serving bowls or a large serving dish. It can be served immediately or chilled briefly in the refrigerator for a cooler dessert.
