Instructions

  4. Cook Bacon and Save Drippings: While the potatoes bake, cook the bacon slices over low heat in a skillet or pan. Use kitchen tongs to flip the bacon periodically to cook evenly until crispy. Once done, set the bacon aside on paper towels and reserve the bacon drippings in the pan.
